How do I report a bug?
Use the contact form below, select 'Bug Report' as the category, and describe what happened including the page URL. We investigate all reports.
How do I become a creator on WoHoPlay?
Sign up for a free account, then go to WoHo Studio from the dashboard. You can start uploading content and managing your channel right away.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Visit the Plans & Credits page from your account dashboard. You can choose a plan and pay securely. Upgrades activate instantly.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This action is permanent. If you need help, contact us before proceeding.
How do I report inappropriate content?
Use the report option on any post, video, or comment on WoHoPlay. Our team reviews all reports and takes action within 24–48 hours.
I found an error in the study notes. What do I do?
Use the contact form with category 'Content Correction'. Include the subject name, chapter, and what needs to be fixed. We appreciate it.
