Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WoHoTech platform operated by WoHoTech ("we", "our", or "us"), available at https://wohotech.in.

By creating an account or using any part of WoHoTech, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use WoHoTech. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

WoHoTech provides the following services under one account:

• Subjects & Courses — structured notes and study material for B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc IT, and related programmes.
• WohoCode — browser-based code editor with auto-judge for practising DSA problems.
• WoHo AI — AI assistant supporting Hindi, Hinglish, and English for study help, code explanation, image generation, and PDF analysis.
• WoHoPlay — educational social creator platform for short videos, posts, reels, and live streams.
• WoHo Studio — creator dashboard for managing channels, videos, analytics, and monetisation.
• 125+ Free Tools — productivity and developer utilities including calculators, converters, PDF tools, and SEO tools.
• Placement Preparation — DSA problems, aptitude practice, and placement-focused learning paths.
• Plans & Credits — paid plans unlocking higher AI usage, advanced models, and additional features.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
• If you believe your account is compromised, contact contact@wohotech.in immediately.

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorised access to any part of the platform, its infrastructure, or another user's account.
• Interfere with or disrupt platform performance, servers, or networks.
• Upload, post, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Upload or share content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Impersonate any person, entity, or WoHoTech staff.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the platform without permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of WoHoTech.
• Use the platform to send unsolicited messages (spam) or advertise without permission.

WoHoTech allows users to create and share content including posts, comments, videos, reels, images, profile pictures, and uploaded files.

• You retain ownership of content you create and upload.
• By posting content on WoHoTech, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, store, and distribute that content as part of operating the platform.
• You are solely responsible for the content you post. WoHoTech does not endorse user-generated content.
• You must not upload content that violates copyright, contains personal information of others without consent, or violates any applicable law.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

WoHoPlay is an educational creator platform. The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Hate speech, discrimination, or content that targets individuals based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.
• Harassment, bullying, threats, or targeted abuse of any user.
• Sexually explicit or pornographic content.
• Graphic violence or content that glorifies harm.
• Spam, misleading titles, clickbait, or artificially inflated engagement.
• Impersonation of real people or organisations.
• Copyright-infringing content — uploading videos, music, or material without the rights to do so.
• Content promoting illegal activities.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination. To report a violation, use the report button on any post or video, or email contact@wohotech.in.

• WoHo AI is an AI assistant designed to support learning and productivity. It is not a substitute for professional advice.
• AI outputs are not legal advice, medical advice, or financial advice. Do not rely on them for decisions in these domains.
• AI responses are generated by language models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations. Always verify important information.
• You must not use WoHo AI to generate harmful, illegal, misleading, or abusive content.
• AI-generated images must not depict real people without consent, contain explicit content, or violate intellectual property rights.
• Files and documents you upload to the AI assistant are processed to generate responses and are not permanently stored beyond your session.
• Misuse of the AI assistant may result in account suspension.

• Code submitted to WohoCode runs in a sandboxed environment with resource limits (CPU, memory, execution time).
• You must not attempt to exploit the code execution environment, access system resources, or interfere with the judge infrastructure.
• Submitting code designed to crash, overload, or attack the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Code submissions are logged for security and abuse prevention purposes.

• Paid plans and AI credits are available for purchase through Razorpay, our payment gateway.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Plan upgrades activate immediately upon successful payment.
• AI credits are non-transferable and expire as stated at the time of purchase.
• We do not store your card details, UPI PINs, or raw payment credentials. Payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay.
• Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. For refund requests, contact us at contact@wohotech.in within 7 days of purchase.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal.

All original content on WoHoTech — including but not limited to the WoHoTech name and logo, platform UI and design, written study notes and tutorials, source code, videos produced by WoHoTech, and documentation — is owned by WoHoTech and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You may use WoHoTech content for personal study and reference only.
• Republishing, reselling, copying substantial portions, or creating derivative works from WoHoTech content without written permission is prohibited.
• The WoHoTech name, logo, and branding may not be used without prior written consent.
• User-generated content remains the property of the respective creator, subject to the licence granted in Section 5.

If you believe that content on WoHoTech infringes your copyright, please send a notice to contact@wohotech.in with the following:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The URL or location of the infringing content on WoHoTech.
• Your contact information (name, email address).
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.

We will review valid complaints and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content and notifying the uploader.

• We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or pose a security risk.
• We may act without prior notice in cases of serious violations.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.
• Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Content you posted publicly (e.g., on WoHoPlay) may be removed, but may persist in others' interactions (e.g., comments, reposts) for a limited period.
• Paid credits and unused plan periods are non-refundable upon self-initiated account deletion.

• WoHoTech does not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted availability.
• Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure updates, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime.
• We will communicate significant planned maintenance in advance where possible.
• We are not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability.

WoHoTech integrates third-party services including Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Cloudinary (media storage), Brevo (email), Razorpay (payments), Google Analytics, Google AdSense, and AI model providers. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services. Links to external websites are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement.

WoHoTech is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Educational content and AI outputs on WoHoTech are for learning support only. Always verify information from authoritative sources before relying on it for academic submissions, professional decisions, or critical applications. See our Disclaimer for more detail.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WoHoTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to WoHoTech in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of WoHoTech shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

We may update these Terms of Service as the platform evolves or as legal requirements change. The latest version will always be available at wohotech.in/terms.

For significant changes, we will notify registered users via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of WoHoTech after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
